About

One person, twenty minutes away.

I'm Jordan Genack. I've been a technical product manager, I hold an FAA Part 107 certificate with $5M in aviation liability, and I run the same open-source stack I'll run for you — for my own businesses, in production, with a public status page.

What if something happens to you?

It's the first question anyone handing over their website should ask. Four answers, all of them in writing:

  • Your domain is in your account. Your registrar, your login, your credit card. I never hold it.
  • Your data is exportable. Standard formats, within five business days of asking, with no exit fee.
  • Every system has a written runbook. What it runs on, how it's backed up, how to restore it, who to call.
  • A named backup operator has the keys. Not a promise of a successor — a person, named in your paperwork.

Ask any vendor you pay today the same question, and compare the answers.

Two names, one practice.

Coastal Tech Support

The practice. Google Business Profiles, websites, and the managed software behind them. This is the core of the business, and the person who builds it answers the phone.

Aerial Coast Media

The media arm, with its own name and its own clients. It shoots the drone and 360 work in every Get Found package — which is why the media in your site is produced under this roof rather than bought in. aerialcoastmedia.com

How I work.

Month to month
No twelve-month minimum, no auto-renewing term you have to catch in time.
Named prices
Every number is on the pricing page. If it isn't there, ask and you'll get a written quote.
A keep list
I publish what I won't replace, and why — the keep list.
Standard software, no custom lock-in
WordPress or a static site for the website, WooCommerce when you sell, Listmonk for the newsletter, Easy!Appointments for booking, EspoCRM for leads, DocuSeal for signatures, Activepieces for automation, plus analytics, a shared password vault and a public status page — and Nextcloud with Collabora when you want files and documents off Google.
A public status page
status.coastaltechsupport.com shows this site and every client site, live.

Personal tech help.

I still help people, not just businesses. Virus removal, slow computers, Wi-Fi that drops in the back bedroom, a new phone that needs everything moved across, and patient one-on-one lessons — the line this practice started with, still running.

Questions people ask about me.

You're one person.

Yes. That's why it's twenty minutes to your door, why the same person who built it answers the phone, and why everything is documented so it doesn't depend on me.

What if something happens to you?

You'd keep running. Your domain is in your account, your site and data are exportable in standard formats, every system has a written runbook, and a named backup operator has the keys. Ask any vendor you pay today the same question.

What do you actually run it on?

Standard open-source software on managed cloud servers, with the same monitoring and backups your stack would get. My own businesses are on it, the status page is public, and I’ll walk you through the details on a call.

Bring your last three software invoices. Thirty minutes, free, and you'll leave with the sheet either way.
